The spot on the avenue is convenient, but the service is very apathetic; when I asked for Wi‑Fi they told me to text their phone to get it, which is bizarre. To turn on the hallway lights I had to use a stick because the switch is on the ceiling, so in the dark I had to search for a stick to flip it. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable, but I was too tired to complain.

The staff were genuinely friendly, which made the check‑in smooth. But the bed was a nightmare – the mattress was hard and the cover felt like a second skin, plus there was a damp smell in the room. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was blocked, so the overall comfort dropped fast.

The housekeeping team was super helpful and polite the whole time, and Dayana at reception was a real pleasure to deal with. On the downside, the furniture and textiles looked old and worn; the bed back and shower curtain especially need a makeover for both hygiene and appearance. Nighttime male receptionists were grumpy and unhelpful, and the daytime receptionist barely said hello, which made the experience feel off.
