It was a wonderful experience!!! The owner showed incredible kindness and was available at all times. He prepared breakfast and dinner that were absolutely superb. I will miss that place near Zao Onsen, in the quiet of the Japanese mountains. The cabin was warm and welcoming. It was one of the best experiences of my life, and even the friend traveling with me was impressed by their hospitality. Thanks to the whole family! And to Momo, their little Akita dog ❤️

“アットホーム”

The owner and his wife provided excellent service, making our stay comfortable. Momo and the children were adorable, and we enjoyed chatting in the lounge until midnight. Thank you for staying late to help us. The weather was bad and a bit humid, but it was still cool.

The host, his wife, and the dog Momo gave a magnificent welcome, and Momo was an essential companion at our breakfasts. Nothing to complain about.

The food was delicious, and the owner’s family, including the dog, were very nice. The room had few outlets; we had planned for that, so it wasn’t an issue, but it might concern some guests.

“良かった”

I was greeted with friendly service and even got to meet a cute dog, which made the surroundings feel pleasant. The building had many stairs, so carrying my luggage up from the parking lot was tough, especially since I was traveling with a dog, but the staff helped me out.
