My child forgot a clock in the room, and the staff contacted us immediately; it was delivered to us on the evening of the 27th (Tuesday). I’m really sorry for the trouble caused, thank you very much. The breakfast was also very tasty.

The outdoor hot spring was incredibly pleasant, the tram offered a great view from a wonderful spot, and it’s also a holy site for casual travelers.

The shuttle bus was good, but my room had a strong black mould smell that lingered even after hours of airing out, the toiletries were awful, there was no climate control—just a fan that did nothing—and the front desk spoke English when I arrived but only Japanese when I left. The restaurant was fully booked, and if I’d known ahead of time I’d have made a reservation.

The spot is great with views, the onsen was fantastic, staff were super helpful, and I picked a Japanese room that really hit the mark.

電話一本で宇奈月駅、宇奈月温泉駅からホテルを往復してくれた。遅めのチェックインだったが夕食を食べに駅に行こうとしたら送迎しますよって言ってくださり助かりました。 滞在中は門限なく温泉に入りたい放題 宿泊者1人1人に手書きでお礼の言葉の寄せ書きをしてくれた。. 黒部峡谷の入り口宇奈月温泉。山の中と言うことで虫が部屋の中を飛び回り放題。窓を開けてもいないがどこから入ってきたのだろう。カメムシは数匹ライト目掛けて体当たりしていました。
