The Peninsular Hotel is centrally located in Girona, 700 metres from the cathedral and train and bus stations. Rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free WiFi. Simple, functional décor, work desks, and private bathrooms with hairdryers and toiletries are standard. A 24-hour reception, daily breakfast buffet, and café serving lunch are available. The hotel is on a popular shopping street, close to La Rambla and historic sites.

Practical room, spacious bathroom with plenty of space to put cosmetics. Liked the vanity pouches and tissues. Wardrobe space was excellent. Quiet room. Good quality linens. Room was very hot and stuffy. We opened two windows but it was still too warm. But this did not spoil our stay
