A spa, internet access, and free parking are also available, with a shuttle to the nearby golf course and scuba diving centre.

We’re really let down this time. It isn’t our first visit to the Sultan – it’s actually our fourth, and we’ve always loved it – but this trip was terrible. The rooms weren’t clean at all and we even found lice in ours. Having only one housekeeper for the whole floor is a serious problem. The buffet offered hardly any variety and the food tasted bland. There was never any space at the pool or on the beach, and it didn’t feel like a true all‑inclusive because you still had to pay for drinks, which is absurd. We’ve never seen anything like this elsewhere, I’m extremely disappointed and will never set foot in the Sultan again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
