During my recent stay, I found the overall ambiance of the hotel to be quite pleasant, with a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. However, there were a couple of minor issues that prevented me from giving it a full five-star rating. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and I was disappointed to find that the water in my room wasn't hot enough to make a decent cup of tea.
