“Muy buen alojamiento”
I met a very friendly person in charge, and that was all.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the spot is great—just a walk to shopping, Roma Termini, the underground, a bus stop, and Galleria Borghese.
They tried to overcharge me for the tourist tax and wouldn’t accept card payment.
We enjoyed a pleasant stay; the room was spotless and the hotel’s communication was flawless.

The host was the friendliest, genuinely caring about our experience; we knew breakfast wasn’t included, yet they offered complimentary croissants and yogurt—a nice touch—and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a view from the window, though we didn’t linger in the room long enough to notice.
