The locatiom of course . As i need to be at UIA early morning for 10 days this location is the best. ample parking after hours. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Quite safe. No elevator. as i have lots of stuff . Noisy as its by the highway. cleanliness

The noise level was exceptionally high, even a machine in the room that removed condensation from the A/C added to it. Traffic noise was also exceptional. There was no kettle for coffee, though cups and supplies were available. Because there was no lift, I had to carry my bags upstairs.

The hotel was close to many eateries and directly in front of KL East Mall. Parking was difficult to find, the remote control was dirty and should have been cleaned after the review was read, the room was noisy, and the bell was loud enough that I could open the door for anyone even when the receptionist was not around.

The location was walkable to KL East Mall. The main door was always locked, so you had to ring the bell to get in. It was a bit noisy for a light sleeper, but the staff were helpful.
