Our stay was great. The room and bathroom were clean, breakfast had variety, reception service was perfect, and the kitchen staff were super pleasant. The only issue was that the shower water was either cold or very hot; there was no lukewarm option, just a break from the chill. Everything else was very perfect.

The location is fantastic, and every staff member—from reception to kitchen to housekeeping—was friendly and helpful. The coffee selection was wide. I’d stay here again whenever I’m in João Pessoa.
