The double bed mattress was very comfortable and the balcony in one of the rooms was nice. We had an entire floor for ourselves even though there was no real separation from the stairs. However, the price we paid for the service – an entire floor with three rooms – didn’t justify it: two dirty fridges, only one induction hob, the kitchen cabinets weren’t cleaned, the microwave had grime, one toilet wasn’t very clean, there were no blackout curtains or blinds in the double‑bed room so it was hard to sleep properly, and the available fan was probably broken. It’s a shame because the place has potential and the host is friendly.

We had the whole floor to ourselves – two bathrooms – plenty of space. The kitchen had everything needed. The host was hospitable. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The beach was great nearby. Cycling options were excellent, and the bikes stayed safe in the yard. The only downside was that some kitchen utensils were dirty.

The hosts were wonderful, and it was a pleasure to chat with them. The surroundings were unbelievably clean, cozy, and tidy, and the beautiful paintings that decorate the interior create a unique atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The place is simply amazing: the Baltic Sea beach is reachable in just 5–7 minutes on foot. The price‑to‑quality ratio exceeds expectations. I definitely want to come back here again!

“Not recommened as a family holiday apartment for longer than one or two nights max.”

The location was great, quiet, close to the beach and not too far from Tallinn. One room had a nice balcony. The apartment was ultra‑basic: the kitchen lacked basic equipment such as a cooker (only one small, ancient, filthy single cooker in the cupboard), the bathroom was in poor state of repair, and the kitchen needed a deep clean upon our arrival, including the removal of dirty used tea towels, dishcloths and dishes from the drying cupboard with old stale water. The owners, who live in the same house, could make holiday makers feel more welcome.

Five minutes on foot to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had an entire floor reserved for us, so the toilets and showers were private. The host was available.
