I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to its unprofessional staff and poorly designed layout. Although the staff wasn't rude, they seemed untrained and weren't available for assistance during early morning hours. The lack of room service before 8 am and the absence of coffee or tea in the room were also notable issues. However, the hotel's location seemed decent, and the staff's politeness made up for some of the other shortcomings.
