“Für Familien mit Baby ungeeignet und keine 70 Euro wert”
The parking and hassle‑free check‑in/check‑out are positives. I wonder why they ask about a child’s age if it doesn’t affect room allocation; we had a one‑month‑old baby and were assigned a third‑floor room. No stroller space on the ground floor, and the reception was unfriendly. Oddly, when we asked for hand soap, we received shampoo instead. Each room has only one key, so if someone goes to bed early, the other must wake up later to unlock the door. Cleanliness was lacking: the room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted thoroughly. The sheets were clean, but the lower part of the duvet cover was dirty. Overall, if you book this hotel just for its location or proximity to a particular spot, you’ll find the €70 per night not worth it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a steep staircase leads to the rooms; fortunately, we were lucky enough to stay on the first floor.
The rooms are nice, but there’s no wheelchair access.
The location is great, and the staff try hard to fix any forgotten items. The bathroom facilities need urgent renovation; all the silicone seals are moldy. We stayed with a larger group, and in two rooms only one set of beds and towels were provided for a single person.
