The facilities are gorgeous! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and linens were new and lovely. The atmosphere was warm. Breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. Ariel’s service was delightful. We’ll return and recommend the spot.

The staff treatment is very good. The breakfast is good for the price. It’s a great place to drive to and not stay in the city center. It’s close to the access roads to the hills and the small circuit. I’ll definitely consider it next time I go to Bariloche.

It wasn’t what I expected; maintenance is lacking. The TV is very old and breakfast was mediocre, with poor coffee and hard croissants. Only the cleaning lady was friendly. The reception experience at check‑out was especially unpleasant. The booking listed a checkout between 10 and 11 h, but at 10:35 h I was told to leave the room and I was given almost no time to finish getting ready. The odd thing is the room was just cleaned at 11:25, so there was no real urgency. I also found it unpleasant that the owner contacted me upon arrival to request payment for a four‑day stay. Overall, it feels very business‑oriented and not guest‑friendly. Score: 2/10. I wouldn’t return.

The location is reasonable to the center, 10 minutes by car. Good breakfast for the price. Close to Cerro Otto, supermarket and shops. The noise from neighboring rooms was loud, including conversations and TV. I recommend earplugs for sleeping.
