The rooms felt roomy and comfortable, and we loved the patio with its table and cozy string‑light décor, perfect for meals; the setting was very pleasant with beautiful décor and close to the river for swimming, making the surroundings lovely. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, and although there were three shower rooms, the heater in one of them was broken, so the water came out cold.

It’s quaint and comfortable, and we enjoyed a dip in the river. We also watched shooting stars from the road above at night. Our booking was cancelled and we got no notice of a big price increase for the eclipse, which seemed unfair. A booking should be a booking! That was the owner’s issue, not our contact Rosa.

The surroundings were wonderful, but access was very difficult for people with disabilities, with stairs inside the house that hindered mobility; this should have been mentioned in the property description.

I had a fantastic time staying here with my family, completely disconnected from the city noise and surrounded by nature. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
