The room was spacious and the location matched the description, but there was no bath as promised and the sheets were wrapped in hospital‑style paper. When I asked for a sheet change, the staff simply peeled off the paper and left the bed unmade. The price felt too high for what was actually offered.

The décor, ambience, and location were good, yet basic items like a toothbrush kit were missing, and we had to request towels. The TV remote had no batteries, and there was no staff at reception to help with these issues.
