The property is in the livelier part of Gwanggali, so you won’t feel isolated. The instructions are clear and everything is well translated 👍🏻 When you wash or dry your clothes, the TV will let you know when it’s done! It feels spooky at first but it’s a great touch since it’s a shared laundry space. It would be nice to have a clothing hook in the toilet :)

The location, the view, the comfort, the bedding, the décor style. The self‑check‑in was very poorly managed by a service center that didn’t respond to messages or phone calls in the evening and on weekends and sent me the wrong code with an incorrect date. I booked 3 nights, 2 consecutive, and had to empty the room because they couldn’t give me the same room for 2 days in a row (luggage instructions 13‑16h 🙈). The first was much better (room 601). I was on the street at 20h on Friday night with no one to talk to. I eventually entered room 602 with the code for room 601 from the previous day because I was desperate and tried everything that came to mind, and strangely it worked. I have received no response to my frantic and anxious messages to this day. Moreover, the written instructions are only in Korean. Managing these beautiful apartments is catastrophic. It’s really a shame.
