“the Spa was amazing and the room was great”

The view from the pool and balcony toward Mont Blanc was amazing, but the restaurant’s large buffet fell short of expectations; everything had been set out for hours and was cold.

The place is stunning, spotless, rooms are spacious, nothing missing, modern and refined, the staff are super kind and attentive, the food is plentiful and varied, especially delicious, the location is excellent, the heated pool and spa are great, I recommend it and we’ll return. top

“Nice hotel, we had good stay but could be much better for the value”

Very nice and friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day. We managed to park our car outside the hotel which was good and avoid us paying for the garage parking which is £15 per day. Pool with amazing view was absolutely beautiful!!! Nice hotel, good location if you have a car but without is a bit far from Courmayer town centre You can book a spa from 3pm and when you come for your slot you cant really use it as you need to wait at least 15 min for rooms to get warm and ready to use like hamman or sauna. That should be done and ready at 3pm. We had 6 day stay and for the whole duration breakfast was the same, it would be nice to have something little bit different every other day. Hot foor like eggs and sausages were barely warm and when you come from 9:30am most of the food, fruits etc are gone and no more is added. Also you could add some more channels in English not only the news ones. Smart tv would be ideal as everyone use Netflix etc to watch movies in their own language. We had our room just above the bar balcony which is open till midnight. People were talking and laughing loud, smoking cigarettes and the smell was going into our room all day long. We needed to keep the balkony door closed and even though we couldn’t sleep until bar closed at midnight . Little table and chair at the balkony would be ideal to be able to relax a bit because now you can’t really make any use of the balcony to enjoy mountain view. Little note for the cleaning team to wipe wardrobe doors from time to time because it’s disgusting with all those fingerprints

Modern and cheap hotel, huge room, spa and pool included in the price, excellent and varied breakfast The staff are a bit too pushy during dinner and the beds need improvement, I personally hate the double beds made of two single mattresses joined, the price is a bit high
