Food was good 😊 and service was great, but the cleanliness of the rooms was a bit questionable, though it was ok to rest your head and have a bite to eat. I found the pillows really disgusting 🤢 and they should be checking and vacuuming under beds; I found a lot of people’s belongings, rubbish under the beds and plenty of dust.

Lovely large clean room, but breakfast was very bare and no staff around.

The reception staff were lovely and the value for money was good; the on‑site Thai restaurant was excellent and they delivered the meal to our room.

Finding the hotel and checking in was easy, but the beds were uncomfortable and made me itch so badly I searched for bed bugs; I found no bugs, but the stains on the mattress and its protector were concerning.
