The location was amazing, the balcony views were great, and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in :) When we arrived we went to the wrong building, but after we messaged the receptionist Beatriz came to get us, was so friendly and explained everything about San Sabastian; we had an amazing time! Thank you 🙏 We knew that rooms with en‑suite were available, but at the time of booking only the room with a bathroom outside was left; it didn’t affect our stay, we had to leave the room to use the toilet but never met anyone in the hall, so it wasn’t that bad :) but once again, great place to stay!

We really loved this hotel room; the lady at reception was wonderful, so kind and helpful! It’s really centrally located in the old town of wonderful San Sebastian. The building’s entrance looks a little run down, but the room was great; there was no air conditioning, but a large fan was provided.
