La camera di 60mq in una torre del castello, che e' completamente arredato con mobili ed arazzi secolari , i proprietari gentilissimi tuttora abitanti nel maniero. La colazione in una sala riccamente arredata. Il giro privato che permette di apprezzare 1000 anni di storia. Una esperoenza unica. Niente: tutto perfetto

I cannot recommend this place enough; calling it an “accommodation” barely captures it, as it is a castle in every sense. After traveling worldwide, Château de Bonneval remains the most unique and remarkable stay I’ve ever had. Géraud and Marta de Bonneval were exceptional hosts—warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive—going above and beyond to make us feel at home, even arranging a private tour just for us and kindly answering our many questions about the castle’s history. Their hospitality turned a memorable stay into an unforgettable one. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and elegantly served in one of the castle dining rooms. Our room, located in one of the towers, was filled with authentic period furnishings that made us feel as though we had stepped back in time. For anyone with even the slightest interest in history, this place is an absolute must; the Marquis de Bonneval family’s lineage stretches back a thousand years, and the castle’s collection of tapestries, artwork, and antique furniture surpasses what you’ll find in the most famous castle tours in France. Here you don’t just visit a museum—you stay in it. I truly cannot say enough good things about Château de Bonneval. It was a privilege to experience such history, beauty, and hospitality all in one place, and I already look forward to the day I can return. Nothing to add.
