Nothing positive. As soon as we arrived, the front desk abruptly told us the hotel was oversold and our reservation was cancelled. The hotel oversold and we didn’t have a room available; we were told to try to find a room elsewhere.

The place was tidy, but the floors stayed wet all the time, with water sloshing up from under the tiles; I had to grab towels just to wipe my feet before settling into bed.

Durante mi estancia, nunca hicieron la limpieza pese a mis peticiones diarias; les expliqué que había cucarachas y que necesitaba aseo, pero no lo hicieron. Tuve que sacar la basura de la habitación para evitar más cucarachas. Me quejé con el gerente y me prometió un reembolso del 40 %, el cual nunca llegó.
