The lady who greeted us was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast lady was professional, respectful and helpful; the accommodation was central to everything we needed—trains, buses, restaurants, cafés and bars.

The room was beautiful and the location great, but it wasn’t cleaned to a high standard—dust was on the surfaces, and there was no toilet paper, which made us uncomfortable until it was fixed in half an hour. The room advertises parking, yet we had to pay €120 at Qpark because the hotel only has one space, a fact not mentioned in the description. I might return if they clean properly, provide advertised facilities, and guarantee a parking spot.
