The breakfast was fine, but the front desk staff were rude, gave me a marked towel, then charged me for soiling it; I explained I found it that way and they didn’t believe me. The room also had a bad odor, and when I complained the staff insisted there was no issue. Sab sahi hai.

The breakfast buffet was good and the location is excellent. However, my room had 8–10 naphthalene balls, which made it feel like a washroom all day, caused a mild headache, and left me nauseated. These are extremely harmful to human health, so I suggest the hotel use a mild air freshener instead of naphthalene balls, which are usually meant to repel moths and other fabric‑destroying pests in storage.

The room was nice and the interior was well designed; the staff welcomed me warmly and all the food options were plentiful and of good quality.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who made sure I felt at home. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. However, my room's proximity to a busy dual carriageway made it difficult to sleep at times due to the constant noise from the heavy traffic.

“Happy to stay here again”

Despite some initial concerns, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's staff, who were extremely helpful and caring when I fell ill. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, including allowing me to keep the same room for the entire duration of my stay. The room itself was smaller than I had hoped, but it was quiet and didn't suffer from street noise. The only letdown was the unreliable Wi-Fi, which was a minor inconvenience.
