The bathroom was very functional and clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, plus the parking right outside the building was convenient. The room itself was tiny; the wardrobe could hold clothes for only three days, which is too small for a longer stay, and the TV was a nightmare – many channels were messed up and some could not be received at all.

The room was dirty with many stains on the walls, broken light switches and other fixtures like TV sockets were defective, and after four days the floor wasn’t even vacuumed or the toilet cleaned. At the breakfast buffet you have to be first in line or most items are gone. The property looks nothing like the advertising photos; it needs a serious tidy‑up and renovation. We could hear every word from the adjacent room – the place is marketed as sound‑proof, but it is a disaster.

Everything was perfect – especially the absolute cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for all activities. I felt comfortable from the very first minute. There was nothing to complain about; I was completely happy and satisfied.
