“Un séjour très agréable dans cet hotel récent.”
The new building has a modern design, is very clean, and is well‑situated with an indoor pool and spa; the staff are pleasant and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. However, the rooms lack a small fridge and air‑conditioning, the price is a bit high, there’s no smart TV which is a pity for a recent modern hotel, and the organization still feels a bit under‑developed. Rooms on the road side suffer from traffic noise.

The wellness centre was very good at the end of the summer season, but during holiday periods it becomes overcrowded. The housekeeping staff were lovely and attentive. The view from our spacious room with balcony was beautiful. The address on the website led us to an extra 4 hours of driving. The irony of the front desk staff when we arrived after that delay and detour was striking. The hotel bar closed early, as did the wellness centre (20 h, instead of 22 h at other hotels). The lack of minibar and air conditioning in the rooms is more surprising for a hotel of this range. We had a room facing a road, the only one leading to the free parking and a new hotel construction, so there was a lot of traffic in the evening and early morning; we had to keep the window open, which made it impossible to avoid the heat because there was no air conditioning. Finally, breakfast offered quality food but was really expensive (22 €); for that price we expected more variety.

Great location, surrounded by mountains and just a stone's throw from the town centre with shops, cafés, restaurants and the cable car. The building is lovely, with a focus on wood and stone, elegant furnishings, and it’s quiet. The relaxation area with pool, sauna and Turkish bath is comfortable. The room and bathroom are spacious, and tea, coffee, still and sparkling water are always available, but there’s no fridge. It’s nice to return from walks and relax on the balcony in the quiet.

I stayed in a spacious and comfy room, and the spa and pool were a delight with a clear view of the mountains. The downside was the road outside the windows, especially in summer when construction at the top of the station brings a lot of truck traffic, which can be a bit noisy.
