“Bravo to the staff”
The staff really makes this place work – warm, helpful, especially Senthamizh and Selvam, and the lady from Bengal and Tamil who prepares tasty food is very polite. Thanks to everyone on the team. The location is a drawback; there’s construction all around the road that leads to the hotel.
“Average property with below-par service and facilities.”
The only bright spot is how close the hotel is to the airport, plus it offers pickup and drop‑off services for extra convenience. I stayed one night and was very disappointed: the area is heavily congested, the road to the hotel is fully under construction, the room AC never worked and nobody came to fix it despite several complaints, and breakfast, though advertised as early, didn’t start until 8:00 am and had no tea or coffee before that. Overall, the service was poor, the information misleading, and it wasn’t worth the money – I won’t return.

The air conditioner was broken, so I sweated through the night. The hotel offered only shower gel and no handwash. Breakfast starts at 8 am, which is too late for business travelers. I asked for my room to be cleaned and left the key at reception while I went to work, but when I came back at night the room had not been cleaned at all.
