Location, price, cleanliness, and comfort are all good. Nothing else.

The location was great and the front‑desk staff were cheerful; the room was spacious and we were given an extra bed when we asked. Nothing else.

It ranks among the best value hotels in Riyadh. The room was very clean and comfortable, and every staff member was professional and kind, going out of their way to meet your needs with a smile 😊. The Wi‑Fi signal didn’t reach the master bedroom, and the hotel said they couldn’t install an extender because some guests had stolen the device.
