The spot was great, but the elevator didn’t work, the bathroom didn’t drain properly and got clogged, the phone was just a decorative piece, the room was meant for two people but there was only one towel.

Nothing stood out. The facilities were old, the white light on the balcony couldn’t be turned off to sleep, we only received one large towel and no hand towel or mat, water pressure was very low in the shower and the bathroom tank, the staff were a bit rough, the area felt unsafe all the time, and breakfast was quite ordinary.

The service was attentive, everything else was fine.

The beds were comfortable, yet there was rat droppings on one of them. The area was extremely noisy, with music and fireworks late into the night even though it wasn’t a holiday. The room cost was too high for what they offered, and they didn’t even help us lift our luggage.
