Everyone was kind and available, from the housekeeper to the chef and the front desk. Nazima took care of our room, and thanks to Imla and Nadia from the spa we enjoyed a perfect couples massage. The buffet was a real treat, and the chef even made us a birthday cake we hadn’t asked for—he touched us. The desserts weren’t to our taste, though fresh fruit desserts were always present, and sometimes the plates were cleared a bit too quickly.
