Breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the spa area was nice. The hallways smelled like tobacco; even though it’s forbidden, ash and people smoking in the corridor in front of the sign that bans it were still present.

The property is just a block from a food court and shopping centre. The hallways carried a cigarette smell, and the quilt was too warm—I should have requested a bedsheet.

Our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to the friendly staff, excellent cleaning service, and comfortable room. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as the convenience of Wanda plaza within walking distance. The hotel even went the extra mile by providing a special birthday treat, making our stay even more memorable.
