An absolutely perfect stay from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were met with great kindness and impeccable professionalism. Audrey is warm, available, and very attentive; everything is explained clearly and the access to the accommodation and the room is simple, smooth, and very convenient. Cleanliness is exemplary: every space is immaculately maintained, the linens are unblemished fresh, and every detail is meticulously cared for. The room is stunning, tastefully decorated, with a cozy and romantic atmosphere, extremely comfortable bedding, and fully up‑to‑date technology that makes the stay even more enjoyable and modern. Everything is intuitive and easy to use. The mini‑fridge is very handy, as are the comfort‑oriented amenities. The self‑service therapeutic teas and coffee is a particularly appreciated touch, making us feel pampered at every moment. The wellness area is simply amazing: the sauna and hammam are perfectly clean, easy to use, and provide a true moment of absolute relaxation. It’s a true cocoon of calm. The breakfast is exceptional, worthy of a high‑end establishment: fresh, varied products, delicious pastries, crisp breads, quality cheeses and charcuterie, eggs, juice, hot drinks… all presented with care and generosity. A pure pleasure. Everything is designed for well‑being, practicality, and comfort. We’ll return with great pleasure, especially to try the treatments that Audrey masters and for which we’ve already heard great things. A place we recommend with closed eyes; the five stars are well deserved!
Everything was perfect for a timeless, zen break. The breakfast was very indulgent, as were the sushi platter and all the little treats and attentions that welcomed us. Audrey was outstanding. I highly recommend this magnificent place. Nothing to complain about – everything was flawless.
