This boutique hotel features on-site dining, contemporary rooms with free WiFi, and select rooms with hardwood floors and panoramic views of the ballpark and city skyline.

The place looks beautiful, yet the price was a bit steep.

The location was great, and everything was very clean and well done overall, but it was definitely on the pricey side and the pillows were very flat.

The spot is perfect for Cubs games and the Wrigleyville vibe, yet it could be a little more affordable; it shouldn’t be that pricey.

The spot across Wrigley Field and the lobby are amazing, and the staff were wonderful, respectful, and courteous, but they didn’t offer the best treatment for guests. I stayed in three Chicago hotels, and the Zachary, Tribute Hotel was by far the most disappointing for the high cost. The boutique charm and special guest treatment were lost. I arrived at 3:30 for check‑in, which is 4:00 pm, and the room wasn’t ready until 4:30. In the lobby, the only seating is along the back wall, which isn’t the best spot. After the Cubs game, I returned to the lobby with a Chicago dog from Wrigley Field because the bar stops serving food after 10:00 pm; the staff said I couldn’t eat it in the lobby, which doesn’t make sense. I slept better at another nearby hotel.
