“Lever inte upp till Radisson standard”
I booked a room with a city view, but after a very awkward check‑in we were downgraded to a room without the view we paid for. The front‑desk agent was smug and condescending, and after an unnecessary argument we finally received the room we had paid for – absolutely terrible. There was no hair dryer in the room, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the breakfast room felt cramped.
“Overall good stay.”
Good breakfast selection. The lift, room, restaurant, and receptionist are great. All are clean and work well. Toilet flush design and sink
“Heerlijk”
Mooie kamer, lekkere bedden. Prachtige lobby. Goed gevarieerd ontbijt. De hoogte van de kamer. Niet voor iedereen is een upgrade de hoogte van de kamer 😉 geen veilige wifi
Nice hotel friendly staff. Location was a bit further out mainly in the corporate area
Breakfast was excellent. The lounge was very good as well
