The breakfast was tasty, but I had to show proof of payment since it wasn't listed on the desk menu. There was a solid mix of hot and cold dishes, and the room was roomy with effective air conditioning and plenty of tea and coffee. The space felt cramped, and finding a spot at breakfast was tough. Because my window faced the restaurant, I had to keep my curtains closed all day.

Very close to the airport with overnight parking available. The breakfast tables weren't always clean/tired on entry

Super easy to get to Heathrow via tube. Jasmine, a server in the restaurant, was brilliant. She was running the show and keeping things going whilst still being great with all the customers. The room was spotless and comfy, and well equipped with a good iron and hairdryer. Our evening dinner was really (surprisingly!!) v good!. It isn’t on the Hoppa bus timetable (but the tube is easier and cheaper)
The staff were really really good! we had a few issues with the bathroom flooding the first night and the beds being rock hard its like sleeping on a brick but they gave us extra bedding to sleep on which made it bareable and comfyish and they sent a plumber up to unclog the drain. We had dinner the very first night in the resturaunt there, and the food was really really good however, the utensils, cups and glasses were absolutly fithy. there was dried and stuck on food from previous dishes and/or looked they hasnt been cleaned at all. it was rather off putting. we had asked for new utensils and glasses but they came out even dirtier than the last ones so we didnt use any of them and put them aside. as soon as we opened our room, we had the smell of stront cigar smell, it was absolutly horrendous. I sprayed my pefume all across the room just to make it bareable
