The hotel is easy to reach from the intramuros tourist spots and the bed was comfortable, but the carpeted corridors have a strong odor.

The spot was great and the rooftop was nice, yet the breakfast was pretty basic and the food and selection weren't the best.

The building was very clean and centrally located, making it convenient to move around. Before we arrived, the staff arranged a transfer from Clark airport via messages; the price was fair and the driver was on time. Reception was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even calling taxis when we needed them. We appreciated that after check‑out they let us leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours. The breakfast was not included in our room rate, but we received a 20 % voucher at check‑in, so we decided to use it. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The buffet offered very few sweet options—essentially only jam—while the rest was mostly savory. The toaster didn’t work, and although both I and another guest reported it, the issue wasn’t fixed. On top of that, my table was directly under an air‑conditioning vent that leaked water, dribbling straight onto my head. I told staff that it was literally “raining” on me, and they simply said it was the vent’s fault. No one offered to move me or solve the problem. Considering the hotel’s category, I expected much more attentive service and better handling of such simple issues. In short, if breakfast is extra, I’d advise skipping it: it’s not worth it.

I think this is the only hotel of its class inside Intramuros, so the location is excellent. The rooftop restaurant offers a fantastic view of Manila and decent food (though not as good for breakfast). The breakfast, however, doesn’t live up to the venue—especially since the restaurant is on the roof!
