The bed was comfortable and the location fantastic, but our room’s windows faced other windows that were very close, were open, and produced loud noise. The other window had a staircase leading to it, which made us feel unsafe keeping it open. Security screens would have been a great improvement, and a light was constantly on in the room (I can’t recall the colour) which we tried to cover.

I found the breakfast decent, and the location is great, but booking through the AI Victoria failed even after three attempts, so I ended up using Booking to secure my stay. The breakfast room itself was dirty, which was disappointing.

The proximity to the parking garage and the location were positives, yet the entire room 702 feels like it used to be a friendly family hotel a few years ago, but it no longer is.

The central spot and the unique rooms under the roof caught my eye, especially with their distinctive color schemes and furniture choices throughout the hotel, the corridors, and the rooms. Four drinks in the minibar were included in the room rate. Unfortunately, dust and cobwebs were present in the foyer, bathroom, and bedroom. An old screw lay on the windowsill, likely there for a long time, giving the impression of careless renovation work. The laminate flooring had gaps, exposed cables, unsightly seams, and behind the heater you could still see the tiles from the toilet in the bathroom that were plastered over the walls everywhere. I couldn't really praise the staff either. A set for making coffee and tea would have been nice.
