The room was clean and spacious, the TV had YouTube and other channels, and all the amenities I wanted were there; the key‑return box was handy so I didn’t have to queue at the counter when I was in a rush in the morning. The only thing I’d mention is that the entrance is hard to find.

The staff were all friendly, but the bathroom cleaning was incomplete in places and hair was found on the floor.

I stayed for a ZEP Yokohama live show, so the proximity was great and the shower flow was strong and pleasant. It would have been better if there were rooms that allowed e‑cigarettes, and I was disappointed when I discovered there was no breakfast included despite thinking there was; the front desk had rooibos tea bags but no pot in the room, so I couldn’t make tea.
