Everything was fine, but a mirror in the bedroom would have been nice.

I had stayed here before and liked the location; however, it was overpriced, I had to request room cleaning even though we were out all day, the $20 voucher was not applied to our restaurant bill even though the hotel offered it, and because we were hosting a wedding, the hotel prioritized that event. There was no service, and the front‑desk staff were unhelpful when it came to our stay or resolving issues in the room.

The room was well‑furnished, very clean, but somewhat small. The location was perfect for our business at the Old Port and Arts District. The hotel décor was very interesting and the lobby had a great sitting area. The restaurant was awfully expensive, especially for breakfast; the $20 credit was a nice touch but cheaper to eat elsewhere. It would have been nice to have a second chair in the room for a visiting couple.

The location was incredible and the lobby was lovely; the staff were largely friendly and helpful. Our sleep was significantly disrupted the night before we left because the adjoining room started a very, very loud party around midnight. When the noise didn’t clear up after about 30 minutes, we called the front desk to complain, but they didn’t seem to do anything, and the party eventually ended at about 2 AM.
