The owners were very friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions. The room was spacious, handy for packing before our flight. We still had breakfast even though we left at 4:30 am. The airport is less than 15 minutes away. Nothing else to note.

The room was large, bright, and spotless with plenty of closet space. The terrace offered a nice mountain view. The bathroom was big with plenty of hot water, though the pressure was a bit weak. The Wi‑Fi was fast. The hostess communicated well before arrival; she was helpful, spoke limited English but we managed, and was always willing to assist. The property is a 15‑minute drive from Palermo airport and about a 15‑minute walk from the center of Cisini. Breakfast was basic Italian—juice, yogurt, pastries, fruit, cereals. The shower was over a bathtub and slippery; a rubber bathmat or anti‑slip strips would have made us feel safer. There were no lounges or comfortable chairs on the terrace, which would have improved the experience. The room is on the second floor, so you have to carry bags up stairs. The owners’ credit machine rejected all our North American cards, causing extra expense and frustration when we had to unblock one after a suspected fraud attempt. Bring enough cash just in case.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were attentive, extremely kind, and offered to accompany us or pick us up at the airport. The house is wonderful, tastefully decorated, very clean, and easy to access. Thanks to Gracia for speaking our language and her kindness (she even lent us a parasol). We also appreciate the early breakfast arranged for our flight. Thanks to Pipo for taking us to the airport; they make a great team, very charming. We recommend their house without hesitation.
