There aren’t enough characters to explain everything, but the staff’s attention was 10/10, always very attentive and making the stay amazing; many thanks to all the staff at the dining area, pools, bar, housekeeping, and reception. We absolutely loved our stay at JAZ Makadi Saray! It was our first time in Egypt and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The hotel is extraordinary, with excellent facilities, a very pleasant atmosphere, and a level of detail that really matters. From the moment we arrived we felt we were in a place where guest well‑being is a true priority. The entertainment team deserves a special shout‑out: always fun, energetic, and full of activities for all ages, with plenty of options for kids. The nightly shows were also very entertaining and gave us moments of great excitement during the holidays. The food is very good and there is a huge variety of options, so there’s always something for every taste. We also loved the themed restaurants. We tried Makai Tukai and Sofra, and both were excellent! The food was delicious and the entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel’s proximity to the beach was another highlight, letting us enjoy the sea and make the most of our rest days without long trips. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we want to highlight the friendliness, hospitality, and willingness of the whole team. We were always welcomed with smiles, attention, and great kindness, which made us feel truly welcomed. We would like to give a special thank‑you to Mohamed Saied from the Front Office team and Aymad, a staff member at Al Nakhil restaurant, for their friendliness, attention, and the warm way they treated us. They are people who really make a difference and help make the guest experience memorable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxing, fun holidays with excellent service. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return!
