“床非常的硬”

In the morning the lady at the front desk was relatively friendly and could speak English, but at night another lady was very rude, never smiled, radiated negativity, kept talking on the phone with a friend and ignored me until I raised my voice with a “hello!”, after which she responded impatiently; I complained that the bed was far too hard to sleep on, and she fetched a blanket from upstairs and placed it on the bed, yet the mattress felt as hard as a rock and was painful, the place sits right by a busy road so you can hear constant car and motorbike noise, it’s far from the city centre with nothing nearby, breakfast options were unclear, the only nearby shop sold noodles but was swarmed with flies, overall the location, bedding, pool and service were all terrible and not cheap at all.

“Good value for money”

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in terms of location and service. The hotel was conveniently situated just 15 minutes away from the bustling Duong Dong market, which is the central hub of Phu Quoc. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's mobility issues, upgrading our stay from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom unit free of charge.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean rooms, stable internet, and a friendly staff. The communal kitchen was a convenient feature, and there was a small shop nearby where I could buy drinks and water at reasonable prices. A nearby coffee shop and pool were also available, and the hotel offered a laundry service. While the beds were quite firm, which I should note, the hotel's overall value for money was excellent, and I would highly recommend it.
