The hotel was charming, very high‑level, with an amazing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Naples; the staff were courteous and very helpful. Everything was well maintained, pretty, and of high quality. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, though the room turned out smaller than I had imagined.

The view was spectacular—every morning at breakfast I started the day with that sight. I paid extra for a sea view and it was beautiful! My room was very comfortable and beautiful, with air conditioning that worked well the whole time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. After the staff called a doctor for me, I had to go to the local emergency room and the staff gave me a ride there and back. They just went above and beyond. The buffet breakfast was so delicious and I loved that you could also order a hot item from the menu as well (one for no extra charge). The staff treated me like family. Wifi worked, too. I appreciated the use of the shuttle to get around. Staff also told me what I needed to know about local transportation and helped me figure out how to get where I needed to go. Room service was great especially after traveling for so long to get there. I changed rooms once I joined a tour, since I wasn't going to be in my room. I wasn't going to need the sea view. The one drawback for me was that the shower was so tiny I barely fit. Still was a beautiful room though!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The views were exceptional, the food amazing, and the staff wonderful! The room was a bit too small and only had one electric outlet.

Everything—view, facilities, staff availability, and breakfast—was great. The only downside was that the bathtub was used instead of a shower.

At the price of a basic room toilet was touching the bathtub therefor I could not sit straight on the toilet. That room should not be rented. I had to spent further 200 euros to upgrade
