The front desk lady in the morning was really sweet, but the sheets and bedding were filthy; even after requesting fresh ones the replacements were still stained or dirty, and when I asked again the night‑shift receptionist gave me a dirty look. On top of that, there was a bug in the pillowcase. 👍🏼

I was confused and lost extra time because the interstate exit where the hotel sits was closed, and the hotel never warned me about it.

The bed had stains that looked like blood and bed‑bug residue, and they told us the pool was closed—which was the main reason we booked—plus the ice machine was broken.

The staff were kind and helpful, the location was easy to find, and the room matched the website’s description—clean, comfortable, and no surprises, which put me at ease. Thank you. Nothing disappointed me.

“Over all it was okay.”

The location was great, and we didn’t have to drive far for good food and shopping. The breakfast could improve: pantry items like muffins were stale, the syrup tasted awful (unknown brand), and the potatoes were bland. The toilet didn’t flush, so we had to use a plunger after each use, and we couldn’t use the indoor pool.
