The beach itself is genuinely beautiful, and the loungers are very comfortable when they’re free; the arcade hall was enjoyable with friendly, helpful, and pleasant staff. However, the room had a strong musty smell from the start, making it hard to breathe without ventilation, so we had to keep the window open at 36 °C; we complained twice by phone and once in person, but the staff sent a room spray that didn’t fix the issue, and the next day we were told no other rooms were available. The hotel later claimed no complaints were made, which contradicts our repeated reports. The minibar was never restocked except for still water, even though we booked All Inclusive. The food quality and taste did not meet the standard expected for a hotel of this price class, so it was a pure gamble whether it would taste good. Despite All Inclusive, many extra items were offered at unrealistically high prices—cotton candy for €5, for example. The family room is technically for four people, but it’s cramped and barely livable. There are almost no amenities in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. In the evenings the music is extremely loud, especially disruptive for children, and only quiet after midnight. The staff overall seemed unfriendly and not service-oriented; the guest relations employee was only available when we needed her for food, so we couldn’t resolve our issues on site.

The location, beach, and clear water are great, the evening shows are good, and the food is acceptable. The room was dirty and outdated, the kids’ beds were broken and worn, the lamps were broken so the room was very dark, there was a lot of noise while eating, and the waiters were not friendly.

Shallow sea. Our 3.5 years daughter felt comfortable in it. Sun-beds with big roof. No need to constantly adjust. Additional area in the main restaurant where you can escape the usual noise. Shower can be better

However, the food lacked flavor and variety, we had to stand in long lines, the two‑adult‑one‑child rooms felt small, the pool area was insufficient, and both the reception and lounge were cramped.
