I managed to check out smoothly, but the staff were unhelpful, the photos were misleading, the hotel was unclean, water leaked, the response to the leak was poor, the reservation differed from what was promised, the terms were too simple, parking was the worst ever, hallway cleaning was bad and the conference room was visible, there was no explanation of the plan, the room layout was sloppy and it shouldn't have been allowed, there was a lack of consideration, and it was not suitable for staying.
