Gran Suite Piazza Maggiore - T&T communications

Good location. It was almost impossible to get into the accommodation. No code was sent. The entrance gate opens with a key that we didn’t receive. The gate was still open by luck. The code was asked from the residents by the owner. Wifi, hot water were missing. Toilet paper half a roll for 4 days. Breakfast was forgetful, stale doughy biscuits, expired yogurt. Six slices of bread were laid out on the first day, then nothing. Uncomfortable bed, awful room, bathroom. Cleaning was poor. Nobody, do not come here.

Only the location. The bathroom was dirty, dark, no air conditioning and the lies on the page about what it is versus what it is upon arrival.

Pessima esperienza, camera e bagno sporchi, assistenza nulla. due ore di segnalazioni a booking per riuscire a rientrare in camera. Spese extra richieste in contanti e non previste. Una colazione fatta di merendine preconfezionate, e una bottiglia di vino sottoforma di ampolla aperta chissà da quando. probabilmente quello non bevuto il soggiorno prima. Davvero pessimi in tutto. The location is right in the center, everything close, but street noise was unbearable, which would be a problem for a longer stay. I expected the hotel to be much worse after reading reviews, but the biggest downside turned out to be the service. No light in the bathroom, hotel staff was a disaster, practically no contact, we were asked to send a photo of proof on WhatsApp, only after I said I was waiting for staff to appear in person to complete check‑in did I receive instructions to enter the room. Unfortunately, no one showed up the whole stay and the staff stopped replying.

I booked two rooms, but the owner only handed us the key for one, claiming there would be no other guests. The next morning we were surprised to see two women leaving a room we had never seen before. The place was filthy: the lights and TV didn’t work, the toilet pad was covered in hair and urine, and the water was only cold. I tried to complain privately via WhatsApp about the water, but she didn’t reply at all. Never seen a worse B&B.
