La amabilidad del personal es destacable, pero el papel de baño era escaso, ni siquiera un rollo completo, las toallas de baño estaban perforadas y muy deterioradas, y el estacionamiento estaba lejos del hotel, lo cual fue terrible.

The place is very well located, just a short walk from the cathedral, but overall it leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are very small, the shower in the bathroom had water leaks, the air conditioner dripped water, and the doors didn't open or close properly—especially the entry door to the room, which we couldn't secure. The Wi‑Fi was terrible, the power outlets were in bad condition, and only two towels were provided even though we booked for three people. In short, there were more bad things than good ones.
