The location was good, but there were no toilet paper or shampoo, no complimentary water, and the check‑out time was listed as 8:30‑10 h. At 9 h I was told to leave, then the hotel treated me as a no‑show while I was still on floor 5 and there was no elevator.

I rented it to drop off bags, shower after the Hoi Van Pass, and catch a sleeper bus. For 8 € per person, a private room was decent. The place was dark, the sink was full of hair, the bed was just a board (we didn’t sleep), the 3rd‑floor room had no elevator and was tight, and there was no soap—overall a bit of a mess, but we didn’t need much more.

The room had everything needed, a small table and chairs were very handy, the shower water was hot, and the lady was very kind and helpful. The AC made a bit of noise for limited effectiveness.
