The location is great, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is very friendly and fulfilled every request. The wellness area is fantastic. Our room was spacious and ideal for three people. We also really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant.

The environment is very beautiful, suitable for driving in and walking in the mountains, some rooms have a great view, and the food is also good. Most of the service is in German; having more staff who can communicate in English would be even more convenient.
