Guliada treated us like her own grandchildren, making us feel at home; every day there was plenty of delicious food, and an extra heater was provided for the night. The accommodation is right near the canyon and surrounded by chickens.

The housekeeper is one of the kindest people I've ever met; she cooked an excellent dinner, prepared breakfast, always with a sweet smile and a homemade brandy. Some rooms lack a bathroom directly accessible and require going through a hallway, but that was not our case.

A truly Georgian guesthouse. The host is super friendly and eager to help with anything you need; translation is no problem and breakfast is delicious. All the animals roam freely on the yard and it’s very close to the canyon walk.

We booked a room at Guesthouse Guliada late on the same day, outside the peak tourist season. Upon arrival, a man called Guliada for us, welcomed us warmly, and let us choose which room we wanted in her beautiful new building. We asked if she could recommend a place to eat that evening; she said she would call someone but then offered to cook for us herself, including her homemade wine. It was incredibly tasty (and plentiful)! We woke up to a wonderful breakfast, some of which we took with us because there was so much. You could taste the love in it! Guliada promised to look after us as if we were her own grandmother, and she did. We chatted with her, and she shared a lot about her own life. Highly recommended!

A magical place, far from the deafening noise of Batumi. We were treated like royalty by the lady of the house, Guliada. The meals are more than generous and especially delicious. Guliada is a lovely, smiling person with great generosity. Skipping a visit to her would be a mistake. Thank you Guliada from the bottom of my heart. I take home a beautiful memory of this theatrical exchange.
